NOWISWHENWEARE (The Stars): An Immersive Cosmic Experience at Rambert Studio for the BFI London Film Festival 2025.
From October 8–19, 2025, London’s Rambert Studio transforms into a vast theatrical cosmos with NOWISWHENWEARE (The Stars), an immersive installation by American artist and theater maker Andrew Schneider, presented as part of the BFI London Film Festival (LFF).
Known for his work in experimental theater, interactive electronics, and performance, Andrew Schneider offers a dreamlike, hypnotic, and thought-provoking experience. His work uses nearly 4,000 LED lights and an immersive soundtrack to create a dazzling, intimate, and contemplative journey through space… .
“The work I make is very technical, but it’s not about technology,” Schneider explains. “I’m more interested in how it can bring us closer, shake us out of the synthetic, and deliver a genuine experience to the consciousness of every audience member.”

This sensorial work transports viewers to an immersive universe where time is suspended and the boundaries between body, sound, and light are blurred. “NOWISWHENWEARE” (the stars) is not just an installation: it is a vital experience that connects technology and humanity through emotion.
A sensorial explosion not to be missed.
