Impostor syndrome is the idea that you’ve  only succeeded due to luck and not because of your talent or qualifiacations

  •  Know the signs.
  • Abandon perfectionism.
  • Talk to your mentor.
  • Keep a journal for uplifting things.
  • Say “yes” to opportunities.
  • Distinguish humility and fear.
